Dee is a Carbon and Energy Consultant with Pangolin Associates with expertise in strategic and collaborative business consulting and analysis. She has worked with both small and large organisations in the public and private sectors. Dee assists Pangolin’s executive management team with B Corp certification. She has a particular interest in organisations committed to profit-for-good, and in endorsing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Dee has an extensive background in environmental work for grassroots organisations such as the Gould League and Greening Australia. She was a Park Ranger for Parks Victoria where she participated in data collection, mapping projects, ecosystem protection, and koala conservation.
Later Dee worked as a consultant in the technology sector. She delivered innovative, end-to-end business programs and digital transformation solutions to solve information and process problems to businesses in all sectors. She also managed teams using agile ways of working and communicating across multi-department organisations and C-suite.
Dee’s holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with High Distinction from Southern Cross University in Lismore. During her years of study, she gained foundational skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which led to a position at Esri Australia. In this role she helped her clients better understand human interaction with the environment, and the power of location intelligence. Dee also holds a Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
