Mylène is a Senior Consultant at Pangolin Associates with experience spanning various facets of sustainability and regeneration. She is a Certified Life Cycle Assessment Practitioner through the Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society (ALCAS). Her expertise includes designing and implementing LCA strategies, an essential tool in understanding the environmental impacts of products and processes.
Mylène is a registered consultant with Climate Active. She measures greenhouse emissions for both voluntary and compliance schemes including National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER). She is also the (Co) Country Coordinator of Climate Fresk, an initiative that helps all stakeholders of an organisation understand the basics of climate science. In this capacity Mylène is both a facilitator and trainer of Climate Fresk workshops.
Before joining Pangolin Associates Mylène worked with the Photon Energy Group in Sydney. She was a Project Engineer and Manager overseeing the design, construction, and operation of photovoltaic solar farms. She also played a pivotal role in a water treatment division which focussed on innovative solutions for groundwater polluted by PFAS at an Australian Department of Defence site.
Mylène has a Master of Engineering (Industrial Processes) from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France), with exchange semesters at the National Technical University of Athens (Greece), and the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (USA).
Outside of her professional pursuits Mylène volunteers with groups such as Climate Fresk and Regen Sydney. Her commitment to driving positive change in the environment is fuelled by a passion for sustainable business models, green and blue infrastructures for cities, and climate change education.
