Marionne is a Consultant in the Sydney team at Pangolin Associates. She supports clients with integrating climate considerations into corporate strategy and risk management. Her work involves assessing climate risks and opportunities, including the quantification of potential impacts, to inform decision-making and climate-related financial disclosures. She also supports clients with greenhouse gas assessments (carbon footprints).
Before joining Pangolin, Marionne spent over a decade working in M&A advising corporates, private equity and government organisations. Her experience spans both Deloitte and independent consulting roles, where she worked across the M&A lifecycle including due diligence, integrations and carve-outs. She brings extensive experience working at the intersection of strategy and execution – now helping organisations navigate complex change and build long-term value from decarbonisation. Marionne holds a Master of Sustainability with the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from CAANZ.
