Marionne is a Senior Consultant in the Sydney team at Pangolin Associates. She supports organisations in integrating climate considerations into corporate strategy, governance and risk management frameworks. Her work includes identifying and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities, quantifying potential financial impacts, and supporting climate-related financial disclosures. Marionne also assists clients with organisational carbon footprint assessments and broader decarbonisation initiatives.

Before joining Pangolin, Marionne spent more than a decade working in mergers and acquisitions, advising corporate, private equity and government clients. Her experience spans both Deloitte and independent consulting roles, where she worked across the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integrations and carve-outs.

Marionne brings extensive experience at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping organisations navigate complex change and identify opportunities to create long-term value through decarbonisation and sustainability initiatives.

She holds a Master of Sustainability from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
