Biography
Nicole is a Principal Consultant at Pangolin Associates and a registered Climate Active Consultant. She supports organisations with organisational carbon footprint assessments, Climate Active certification, carbon accounting and emissions reduction planning. Drawing on extensive experience in environmental reporting and energy management, Nicole helps clients develop practical sustainability strategies that deliver both environmental and commercial outcomes.
A particular area of interest for Nicole is renewable energy and energy efficiency. She enjoys developing innovative emissions reduction strategies that improve cost-effectiveness while supporting long-term decarbonisation goals. She also works closely with clients to establish internal systems and processes that embed sustainability into decision-making and generate meaningful insights for ongoing performance improvement.
Before joining Pangolin Associates, Nicole worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed the Environmental Reporting Team and held the role of Energy Manager within the Strategic Supply Chain team. In these roles, she supported corporate clients with large and complex energy and environmental data portfolios and played a key role in implementing sustainability reporting and utility invoice management systems.
Nicole also brings international experience, having worked in environmental reporting for ENVIRON in London for two years.
She holds a double degree in Environmental Science and Business Administration from RMIT University. During her final year of study, she undertook benchmarking of carbon neutral products and services, an experience that helped shape her career and passion for supporting organisations to measure, manage and reduce their carbon impacts.
