Mark is a Senior Consultant at Pangolin Associates with extensive experience in mandatory climate reporting, governance, risk management and sustainability assurance. Drawing on a strong finance background, he helps organisations understand the connections between sustainability reporting, financial information and governance processes. Mark works with clients across a broad range of sectors and is recognised for his collaborative approach, practical advice and ability to navigate complex reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Pangolin, Mark was a Manager in PwC’s Sustainability Reporting and Assurance team, where he advised a range of high-profile organisations and developed deep expertise in sustainability reporting, assurance and climate-related disclosures.

Earlier in his career, Mark held senior audit and finance roles with multinational organisations including Holcim and DuPont. He gained significant international experience through Asia-Pacific regional responsibilities and expatriate assignments with DuPont in Geneva, Switzerland, and Wilmington, Delaware, United States.

Mark began his career with Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. His academic qualifications include a Master of Science (Coaching Psychology) from the University of Sydney, an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at UNSW Business School, a Master of Economics from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

Outside of work, Mark is actively involved in community and volunteer initiatives, particularly in the area of inclusive education. He is passionate about ensuring all children have equitable access to educational opportunities and advocates for greater inclusion through school and P&C associations. Mark is also the co-founder of Party4Purpose, a social venture focused on reducing waste and increasing philanthropic giving.
