Maddy is a Senior Consultant and member of the technical team based in Pangolin's Sydney office. She assists clients with organisational carbon footprint assessments, Climate Active carbon neutral certifications, Science Based Targets consulting and third-party verifications. Maddy is also CPA-certified.

Maddy brings more than 10 years of corporate experience to Pangolin Associates. Previously, she worked at Lion in finance and strategy roles, where she developed profitability forecasts, commercialised business cases and led innovation programs. She has a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and believes businesses play a leading role in driving systemic change, with innovation, resource capital, partnerships and education integral to a regenerative, net zero emissions future.

Maddy holds a Bachelor of Business and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of Sustainability Practice from TAFE NSW. Her thesis focused on behavioural change, specifically increasing awareness and adoption of reusable nappies within her local community.

Maddy has two young boys and is deeply aware of the environmental footprint of modern family life. She is passionate about raising future environmental stewards and achieving a net zero household.
