Biography
Michelle is an Analyst in Pangolin Associates’ Melbourne office, supporting organisations in their transition to more sustainable business practices. Her work includes circular economy research, organisational carbon footprint assessments and Climate Active emissions calculations.
Michelle brings a strong background in commercial strategy and business growth. Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, she worked in the telecommunications sector in Peru, where she developed experience in business development, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
She is currently completing a Master of Environment and Sustainability at Monash University, specialising in Corporate Sustainability. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of corporate responsibility, circular economy principles, environmental strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Michelle has also been actively involved in a range of volunteer initiatives, including childhood education, surf coaching for people living with disabilities, women’s empowerment programs and environmental education. These experiences have strengthened her ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive positive social and environmental outcomes.
Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship, Michelle is committed to helping organisations create long-term value while contributing to a more regenerative and responsible economy.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys surfing, nature photography and cooking.
