Michelle is an Analyst based in the Melbourne office. Her work focuses on supporting businesses in their transition to more sustainable operations. She provides circular economy research, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) assessments, and Climate Active emissions calculations.
Michelle has an extensive background in commercial strategy and growth. Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, she worked in the telecommunications sector in Peru. She is currently completing a Master of Environment and Sustainability at Monash University with a specialisation in Corporate Sustainability. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of corporate responsibility, the circular economy, environmental strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Michelle has actively engaged in volunteer initiatives, including childhood education, surf coaching for people living with disabilities, empowerment programs for women, and environmental education. These invaluable volunteer experiences have strengthened Michelle’s ability to impact and engage diverse stakeholders. With her commitment to environmental stewardship, she strives to merge her expertise gained from past roles and experiences with ongoing contributions to a regenerative and responsible business landscape.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys surfing, nature photography, and cooking.
