Pangolin Associates: Chloe Michaelides | Analyst | Climate Solutions

Chloe is based in Pangolin’s Melbourne office. She is a Consultant with skills in project management and delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting and evaluation, and sustainability communications.

Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, Chloe was an ESG and Sustainability Project Coordinator at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. She spearheaded a materiality assessment at the bank and drove cross-functional collaboration on a data integrity project. This work was pivotal to the formation of the bank’s FY23 Sustainability Report, ESG uplift, and broader sustainability strategy.

Chloe has also worked as an Energy Engagement Officer at the South-East Councils Climate Change Alliance (SECCCA) where she successfully managed the delivery of Sustainability Victoria’s Small Business Energy Saver Program. Her work on the pilot program at SECCCA contributed to a reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improved the capacity of the state government energy upgrade program.

Chloe holds a Masters in Environment and Sustainability with a specialisation in Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Management. She also has a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University majoring in International Relations/International Studies. These studies helped Chloe form a world view on holistic sustainability for the planet, the global economy, and every level of society.

Chloe is actively involved in Forever Friends Animal Rescue (FFAR) as a sanctuary volunteer and technical support. She is also a tutor at Operation Stitches, a charity focussing on positive outcomes for disadvantaged families living in Melbourne’s inner-city public housing.
