Maddy is part of the technical team based in Pangolin’s Sydney office. She assists clients with GHG Assessments (Carbon Footprints), Climate Active carbon neutral certifications, and Science Based Targets consulting. Maddy is also CPA certified and provides third party verifications.
Maddy brings over 10 years of corporate experience to Pangolin Associates. Previously she worked at Lion in finance and strategy roles where she developed profitability forecasts, commercialised business cases, and led innovation programs. Maddy has a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. She believes that businesses play a leading role in systemic change with innovation, resource capital, partnerships, and education integral to a regenerative, net zero emissions future.
Maddy holds a Bachelor of Business and International Studies degree with the University of Technology Sydney. She has a Diploma of Sustainability Practice with TAFE NSW. Her thesis focussed on behavioural change and, specifically, increasing the awareness and adoption of reusable nappies within her local community.
Maddy has two young boys; she is fully aware of the environmental footprint of all members of her family. She is determined to raise environmental stewards and to achieve a net zero household.
