Manny is a Principal Consultant at Pangolin Associates with executive consulting experience on ESG, net-zero, and adaptation. He helps boards and executive teams with strategy, change, modelling, innovation, risk, value management, governance, and sourcing. Manny works with all levels of government in Australia, and private and not-for-profit sectors; he is highly regarded for his expertise and effective stakeholder management skills.
Prior to joining Pangolin, for more than 15 years Manny worked as a Client Director at Pitcher Partners Consulting and Internal Audit where he eventually led the company’s ESG endeavours. For almost 20 years he has also provided services as a company director for several organisations.
Manny brings international experience to Pangolin. As well as the Australia market he has worked in Europe and South America. He has a Graduate Diploma in Environment Management and Climate Emergency from Curtin University in WA, a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, Scotland, and a Master of Engineering in Aeronautics from Ecole d’Ingénieurs (ESTACA) in Paris, France.
Manny volunteers with sustainability and community organisations. He is an advocate for grassroots environmental initiatives. He and his wife run a community food waste-to-compost area which caters to over 100 neighbours. They also keep bees to help boost local pollination.
