Rebecca is a Consultant based in Pangolin’s Melbourne office. She is a B Corporation specialist with expertise in the processes and requirements for B Corp certification: a rigorous global third-party designation verifying high standards in environmental and social responsibility, accountability, and transparency. Rebecca’s experience and skillset include project management and delivery, ESG analysis, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and human-centered design.
Prior to joining Pangolin, Rebecca was an ESG Analyst in the Certification and Verification team for B Lab Global, the non-profit organisation behind the creation and stewardship of B Corp Certification. In this role she certified and managed the B Corp accreditation lifecycle for applicants.
Rebecca’s background also includes a role as Senior Project Officer in the Traffic and Civil Engineering Branch at Yarra City Council. She project managed a local government community road safety study known as a Local Area Place Making (LAPM). She also worked as a user-focussed designer in the Victorian State Government.
Rebecca holds an honours degree in Industrial Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne. Her studies focussed on human-centered design methodologies, systems for a circular economy, and service design.
Rebecca incorporates sustainability practices into every aspect of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature, camping, hiking, and yoga.
